Counties & Districts of Ontario

We have divided Ontario into Regions according to its Districts and Counties.

Northwest and Northeast Regions are made up of the large districts, which cover vast expanses of land. There are fewer cities and towns, less human population and fewer roads.  The Canadian Shield covers most of our northern regions.

Southwest, Central and Southeast Regions are made up of smaller counties. This is where Ontario's human population is concentrated, with the highest density in areas that border on the Great Lakes.
