About us ...

Ontario Sasquatch is a private independent group of researchers dedicated to investigating sightings of sasquatch or bigfoot in Ontario.  Each investigator volunteers their time without funding of any kind from outside sources. We are a group of people who are curious about the many eye witness sightings that occur across our province. Something must be happening. However, we are also skeptical.

We always try to be thorough when doing investigations. This can take time, so please understand that we may want to contact you many times, to get all the information necessary to complete your report. We will also try to visit the site of the encounter. We may ask you to accompany us to the area. Many questions will be asked, field notes taken, photos will be shot of the location, and the circumstances surrounding the incident will be documented.

Above all, we're here to help. If you have had a sighting or encounter with an upright bipedal creature that you think could have been a sasquatch or bigfoot, please visit our Report a Sighting page and fill out the report form provided. We will always respect your right to privacy. And we will treat the information you give us with the strictest of confidentiality.

Our goal is to conduct thorough investigations. We strive to use the highest standards of evidence collection. We will make every attempt to contact you in a timely fashion and do an on-site investigation.

We are affiliated with many respected and serious research groups in Canada and the United States. Please visit our Links page for a linked list of our close associates.

We hope you enjoy our website. We have included articles that we feel give some basic information about this creature as well as articles that are helpful in the field.

Come back and visit us often. We will be updating the website regularly.
